She's Gone...

Yang tinggal hanyalah kenangan: Allahyarhamah Dalilah (bertudung merah) di waktu pelancaran bukunya Kanser Payudara Ku - Perjuangan & Kesedaran tahun lepas.

Innalillahi wa'innailaihi raji'oun...

Our blogger friend Dalilah Tamrin of blog OneBreastBouncing has lost her long battle with cancer. She passed away this morning, at 8.50, at Kuala Lumpur Hospital.

May Allah swt bless her soul and place it among those of the Righteous. Al-Fatihah.

    Innalillahi wa inna ilaihi roji'un. Walaupun tak pernah berjumpa mahupun berkenalan di alam maya but I have been her silent reader for so long.I still remember reading her last entry.Betul seperti kata Pak Zawi, kehilangannya amat dirasa.

    It saddens me to read this news of RG’s passing. Though we kind of expect it to happen, it’s still a shock, the eyes wells up & a numbness sweep through the body when I received this news.

    My deepest condolences to the family and may she rest in peace. RG, I’m sure you are in a better place.

    We’ll all miss you.

    I had just receive news of a close friend who had just been diagnosed recently. I went in to RG's blog on Saturday and saw her long absence.

    May her words of encouragement and battle continue to inspire other cancer patients.

    Dear Puteri,

    I am filled with so much sadness. But there is a sense of relief to know that Dalilah is now in a far better place.

    I am so privileged and so blessed to have known such a gutsy and courageous person whose strong determination to be alive- and to live - for her loved ones got her that far.

    I owe it to the blogosphere for having got us together in 2007 for when I first started blogging.

    Tho' not a long-time friend, in the 3 years we had known each other, she was as close as anyone I had known for a longer period, if not closer.

    سُوۡرَةُ یسٓ

    بِسۡمِ ٱللهِ ٱلرَّحۡمَـٰنِ ٱلرَّحِيمِ

    يسٓ (١) وَٱلۡقُرۡءَانِ ٱلۡحَكِيمِ (٢) إِنَّكَ لَمِنَ ٱلۡمُرۡسَلِينَ (٣) عَلَىٰ صِرَٲطٍ۬ مُّسۡتَقِيمٍ۬ (٤) تَنزِيلَ ٱلۡعَزِيزِ ٱلرَّحِيمِ (٥) لِتُنذِرَ قَوۡمً۬ا مَّآ أُنذِرَ ءَابَآؤُهُمۡ فَهُمۡ غَـٰفِلُونَ (٦) لَقَدۡ حَقَّ ٱلۡقَوۡلُ عَلَىٰٓ أَكۡثَرِهِمۡ فَهُمۡ لَا يُؤۡمِنُونَ (٧) إِنَّا جَعَلۡنَا فِىٓ أَعۡنَـٰقِهِمۡ أَغۡلَـٰلاً۬ فَهِىَ إِلَى ٱلۡأَذۡقَانِ فَهُم مُّقۡمَحُونَ (٨) وَجَعَلۡنَا مِنۢ بَيۡنِ أَيۡدِيہِمۡ سَدًّ۬ا وَمِنۡ خَلۡفِهِمۡ سَدًّ۬ا فَأَغۡشَيۡنَـٰهُمۡ فَهُمۡ لَا يُبۡصِرُونَ (٩) وَسَوَآءٌ عَلَيۡہِمۡ ءَأَنذَرۡتَهُمۡ أَمۡ لَمۡ تُنذِرۡهُمۡ لَا يُؤۡمِنُونَ (١٠) إِنَّمَا تُنذِرُ مَنِ ٱتَّبَعَ ٱلذِّڪۡرَ وَخَشِىَ ٱلرَّحۡمَـٰنَ بِٱلۡغَيۡبِۖ فَبَشِّرۡهُ بِمَغۡفِرَةٍ۬ وَأَجۡرٍ۬ ڪَرِيمٍ (١١) إِنَّا نَحۡنُ نُحۡىِ ٱلۡمَوۡتَىٰ وَنَڪۡتُبُ مَا قَدَّمُواْ وَءَاثَـٰرَهُمۡۚ وَكُلَّ شَىۡءٍ أَحۡصَيۡنَـٰهُ فِىٓ إِمَامٍ۬ مُّبِينٍ۬ (١٢) وَٱضۡرِبۡ لَهُم مَّثَلاً أَصۡحَـٰبَ ٱلۡقَرۡيَةِ إِذۡ جَآءَهَا ٱلۡمُرۡسَلُونَ (١٣) إِذۡ أَرۡسَلۡنَآ إِلَيۡہِمُ ٱثۡنَيۡنِ فَكَذَّبُوهُمَا فَعَزَّزۡنَا بِثَالِثٍ۬ فَقَالُوٓاْ إِنَّآ إِلَيۡكُم مُّرۡسَلُونَ (١٤) قَالُواْ مَآ أَنتُمۡ إِلَّا بَشَرٌ۬ مِّثۡلُنَا وَمَآ أَنزَلَ ٱلرَّحۡمَـٰنُ مِن شَىۡءٍ إِنۡ أَنتُمۡ إِلَّا تَكۡذِبُونَ (١٥) قَالُواْ رَبُّنَا يَعۡلَمُ إِنَّآ إِلَيۡكُمۡ لَمُرۡسَلُونَ (١٦) وَمَا عَلَيۡنَآ إِلَّا ٱلۡبَلَـٰغُ ٱلۡمُبِينُ (١٧) قَالُوٓاْ إِنَّا تَطَيَّرۡنَا بِكُمۡۖ لَٮِٕن لَّمۡ تَنتَهُواْ لَنَرۡجُمَنَّكُمۡ وَلَيَمَسَّنَّكُم مِّنَّا عَذَابٌ أَلِيمٌ۬ (١٨) قَالُواْ طَـٰٓٮِٕرُكُم مَّعَكُمۡۚ أَٮِٕن ذُڪِّرۡتُمۚ بَلۡ أَنتُمۡ قَوۡمٌ۬ مُّسۡرِفُونَ (١٩) وَجَآءَ مِنۡ أَقۡصَا ٱلۡمَدِينَةِ رَجُلٌ۬ يَسۡعَىٰ قَالَ يَـٰقَوۡمِ ٱتَّبِعُواْ ٱلۡمُرۡسَلِينَ (٢٠) ٱتَّبِعُواْ مَن لَّا يَسۡـَٔلُكُمۡ أَجۡرً۬ا وَهُم مُّهۡتَدُونَ (٢١) وَمَا لِىَ لَآ أَعۡبُدُ ٱلَّذِى فَطَرَنِى وَإِلَيۡهِ تُرۡجَعُونَ (٢٢) ءَأَتَّخِذُ مِن دُونِهِۦۤ ءَالِهَةً إِن يُرِدۡنِ ٱلرَّحۡمَـٰنُ بِضُرٍّ۬ لَّا تُغۡنِ عَنِّى شَفَـٰعَتُهُمۡ شَيۡـًٔ۬ا وَلَا يُنقِذُونِ (٢٣) إِنِّىٓ إِذً۬ا لَّفِى ضَلَـٰلٍ۬ مُّبِينٍ (٢٤) إِنِّىٓ ءَامَنتُ بِرَبِّكُمۡ فَٱسۡمَعُونِ (٢٥) قِيلَ ٱدۡخُلِ ٱلۡجَنَّةَۖ قَالَ يَـٰلَيۡتَ قَوۡمِى يَعۡلَمُونَ (٢٦) بِمَا غَفَرَ لِى رَبِّى وَجَعَلَنِى مِنَ ٱلۡمُكۡرَمِينَ (٢٧) ۞ وَمَآ أَنزَلۡنَا عَلَىٰ قَوۡمِهِۦ مِنۢ بَعۡدِهِۦ مِن جُندٍ۬ مِّنَ ٱلسَّمَآءِ وَمَا كُنَّا مُنزِلِينَ (٢٨) إِن كَانَتۡ إِلَّا صَيۡحَةً۬ وَٲحِدَةً۬ فَإِذَا هُمۡ خَـٰمِدُونَ (٢٩) يَـٰحَسۡرَةً عَلَى ٱلۡعِبَادِ‌ۚ مَا يَأۡتِيهِم مِّن رَّسُولٍ إِلَّا كَانُواْ بِهِۦ يَسۡتَہۡزِءُونَ (٣٠) أَلَمۡ يَرَوۡاْ كَمۡ أَهۡلَكۡنَا قَبۡلَهُم مِّنَ ٱلۡقُرُونِ أَنَّہُمۡ إِلَيۡہِمۡ لَا يَرۡجِعُونَ (٣١) وَإِن كُلٌّ۬ لَّمَّا جَمِيعٌ۬ لَّدَيۡنَا مُحۡضَرُونَ (٣٢) وَءَايَةٌ۬ لَّهُمُ ٱلۡأَرۡضُ ٱلۡمَيۡتَةُ أَحۡيَيۡنَـٰهَا وَأَخۡرَجۡنَا مِنۡہَا حَبًّ۬ا فَمِنۡهُ يَأۡڪُلُونَ (٣٣) وَجَعَلۡنَا فِيهَا جَنَّـٰتٍ۬ مِّن نَّخِيلٍ۬ وَأَعۡنَـٰبٍ۬ وَفَجَّرۡنَا فِيہَا مِنَ ٱلۡعُيُونِ (٣٤) لِيَأۡڪُلُواْ مِن ثَمَرِهِۦ وَمَا عَمِلَتۡهُ أَيۡدِيهِمۡ‌ۖ أَفَلَا يَشۡڪُرُونَ (٣٥) سُبۡحَـٰنَ ٱلَّذِى خَلَقَ ٱلۡأَزۡوَٲجَ ڪُلَّهَا مِمَّا تُنۢبِتُ ٱلۡأَرۡضُ وَمِنۡ أَنفُسِهِمۡ وَمِمَّا لَا يَعۡلَمُونَ (٣٦) وَءَايَةٌ۬ لَّهُمُ ٱلَّيۡلُ نَسۡلَخُ مِنۡهُ ٱلنَّہَارَ فَإِذَا هُم مُّظۡلِمُونَ (٣٧) وَٱلشَّمۡسُ تَجۡرِى لِمُسۡتَقَرٍّ۬ لَّهَا‌ۚ ذَٲلِكَ تَقۡدِيرُ ٱلۡعَزِيزِ ٱلۡعَلِيمِ (٣٨) وَٱلۡقَمَرَ قَدَّرۡنَـٰهُ مَنَازِلَ حَتَّىٰ عَادَ كَٱلۡعُرۡجُونِ ٱلۡقَدِيمِ (٣٩) لَا ٱلشَّمۡسُ يَنۢبَغِى لَهَآ أَن تُدۡرِكَ ٱلۡقَمَرَ وَلَا ٱلَّيۡلُ سَابِقُ ٱلنَّہَارِ‌ۚ وَكُلٌّ۬ فِى فَلَكٍ۬ يَسۡبَحُونَ (٤٠) وَءَايَةٌ۬ لَّهُمۡ أَنَّا حَمَلۡنَا ذُرِّيَّتَہُمۡ فِى ٱلۡفُلۡكِ ٱلۡمَشۡحُونِ (٤١) وَخَلَقۡنَا لَهُم مِّن مِّثۡلِهِۦ مَا يَرۡكَبُونَ (٤٢) وَإِن نَّشَأۡ نُغۡرِقۡهُمۡ فَلَا صَرِيخَ لَهُمۡ وَلَا هُمۡ يُنقَذُونَ (٤٣

    Hi, I'm trying to reach out to any fan/friend to the late Dalilah Tamrin (aka Raden Galoh) to help work on a 2nd and expanded edition of Dalilah's previously quite successful and inspirational book, "Kanser Payudara Ku: Perjuangan & Kesedaran" (2009: Tinta Publishers). I feel that with her passing, an expanded edition of the book detailing her inspirational experience with cancer will certainly continue to benefit and inspire a wider reader/fan base. I would suggest the new materials to come from her once extensive blog writings that were heavily omitted in the 1st edition. They are now still available with me as I had been her publisher then and still holds the rights. I think her family would appreciate it too.
